This organic certified range is really unique because the wines are fermented from the pollen of local flora. So the fermentation yeasts are selected from the local flora, this gives the wines a special organoleptic profile.
This range includes: MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO, PECORINO, TREBBIANO D’ABRUZZO, PASSERINA, COCOCCIOLA, CERASUOLO D’ABRUZZO as still wines. And as sparkling wines: PASSERINA SPUMANTE and FRIZZANTE MERLOT ROSE’.
