Castelão (50%) and Aragonez (50%)

VINIFICATION
Grapes from the manual harvest of our associates, are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. With the addition of selected yeast, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (26º C). During this period is made the maceration, by the process of timed pumping over, which lasts throughout the fermentation period about 8 days.

WINE AGING
The wine is kept in deposit, being stabilized, filtered and bottled for a period of 2 years.

CONSUMPTION
The bottles should rest in a cool place (about 12º C) with some humidity (75%). Should be consumed at a temperature of 16º C to 18º C.
