VINIFICATION
The grapes coming from the manual harvest of our associates are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. Fermentation with controlled temperature (26º C). During this period maceration is done by the process of timed pumping over. Fermentation is interrupted by the addition of grape brandy.

WINE AGING
The wine ages for a long time in barrels, filtered and bottled when necessary.

CONSUMPTION
The bottles should rest in a cool place (about 12º C) and with some 75% humidity. Consumption before or after meals.
