GRAPES
Fernão Pires, Malvasia Rei and Jampal.

VINIFICATION
The grapes from the manual harvest of our associates, are unloaded and immediately crushed. The must is rested for 18 hours at a temperature of 12º C, followed by filtration in a vacuum filter. Fermentation is done in stainless steel vats, maintaining the temperature at 18º C until its completion.

WINE AGING
The wine ages for a short time in deposits, being stabilized, filtered and bottled within a year.

CONSUMPTION
The bottles should rest in a cool place (about 12º C) and with some 75% humidity. Consumed young, at a temperature of 6º C to 8º C.
