The Cuvée extra virgin oil harmoniously combines three very different olive cultivars: Leccino, Bianchera and Busa. It is deep green in colour, with slight but persistent sensations of grass and fresh vegetables. Cuvée Baioco perfectly balances the bitterness of the Bianchera, the spiciness of the Busa and the slight intensity of the Leccino.
