Canter sparkling bianco extra-dry is a non-alcoholic wine (dealcoholized); Italian quality white wine undergoes the delicate process of inverse-osmosis dealcoholisation, which brings to the complete extraction of the whole alcohol content. By pasteurization the stabilization of the end-product in bottle is reached without any addition of chemicals or preservatives.
